Good and not so good stuff here. Had to wait for someone to seat me, it was after lunch rush. Service after that was good. Drinks are disappointing due to all but black tea and water already sweetened, which is a problem for people like me that need to avoid liquid sugar. For the food: good spring rolls, great garlic wings, great pho. The banh mi sandwich was a little under flavored.

The gem is in Round Rock not far from the Outlet Mall. The atmosphere is causal and friendly. I especially appreciated soft contemporary music, but they also had two large screen TVs with sports headlines for those needing visual stimulation. My appetizer was pork spring rolls - really good! And even the child’s portion of pho was more than I could eat in one sitting. Friendly wait staff. The only surprise was a beat up plastic water glass.

Friendly service and food was great! Portions were more filling than I thought they would be. Fresh, hot, and delicious. I love the buttons on the table, so you can call your server. Very convenient for the server and patrons. New favorite spot!

Absolutely insane how good this place is. The broth is so good it does not need added sauces - exactly how it should be. Their banh mi bread is insanely soft inside and crispy on the outside. Spring rolls are very fresh and the proteins are so good. Egg rolls remind me of how my mother makes them. Super crispy, not oily, and the filling is *chefs kiss*. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Especially if you need to kill some time while charging at the nearby EV station. Service is very quick, food comes out very fast too. Staff is a little young and unsure on basic questions but this will iron out as they gain more experience so it's not really an issue. The staff is also very attentive. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. Very impressed with Noble Pho. I was only dropping by because I was in the area and this might be one of my favorite authentic Vietnamese restaurants now. I'll definitely visit again and again as long as the food continues to be this good!

I love their pho! And what’s nice is they offer a “little pho” for a child size serving or for those of us that want a smaller portion. The broth is flavorful and light. My husband scarfed down the pork plate with a fried egg and we had the garlic fish sauce chicken wings for an appetizer. Unique flavor on the wings, never had this combo and it did not disappoint. And I’m a viet coffee with boba drinker, theirs is strong and not overly sweet-a great finish to a yummy meal.
